Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For drop-off addresses outside of 20 miles from our office location in Garner, NC 27529 that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour for wheelchair transportation, or a wait time rate of $ 20.00 per hour for ambulatory transportation, billed in 15 minute increments will be incurred in addition to other rates.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office location in Garner, NC 27529, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for wheelchair transportation or ambulatory transportation will be incurred in addition to other rates.
